Under the circumstances that the liquidity is very difficult, the company raised funds in multiple ways and overcome difficulties. In May 2006, the company began to install the ¢360/960×1450mm cold rolling mill. The installation was completed at the end of July, creating a relatively short time for domestic rolling mill installation. . The power of the main motor of this rolling mill is large, and the cooling system is all water-cooled. Larger rolling force can reduce the number of rolling passes, can increase productivity, and effectively reduce the production cost of narrower materials.
The rolling mill is designed to have a thin thickness of 0.08mm and is rolled to 0.06mm during the test run. At present, it is planned to be put into use. In the future, it will mainly produce PS plate base blanks. The putting into operation of the rolling mill has a positive effect on product diversification, product structure adjustment and new product development, and will create a new economic growth point for the aluminum processing company.
