After trial production and commissioning, production started smoothly in early October. 3500 tons, 9000 tons of extrusion production lines, 15,000 tons of automatic horizontal anodized electrophoresis production line after more than two months of installation trial operation, were put into production in December. The full production capacity of the nine extrusion production lines and the two oxidation and electrophoresis production lines will increase the production capacity of Nanshan Aluminum by 100,000 tons, and the comprehensive strength will be greatly enhanced, and the economic profitability will be further upgraded.

The 35,000-ton automatic vertical anodized electrophoresis production line and the 15,000-ton horizontal anodized electrophoresis production line have all been introduced into Japan's complete sets of equipment. They use the world's most advanced technological process, and are diversified in product variety and complete in variety. They are the largest and most advanced production lines in the country.
