Polyurethane Stringer Bar Capping Rubber, It is U channel Shape Strips, also known as crown bar rubber or cushion Rubber. It greatly reduces shock and vibration to the screen and extends the life of the screen cloth and frame. The specially formulated rubber resists weathering and reduces tears and cuts.
We can provide custom U channel rubber profiles and other sizes upon request.

Application:U Channel Rubber Strip is used primarily as a protective edge for shaker screens in aggregate applications and can be used on other industrial equipment as a protective edge

 

Function: Shaker screen protect; Shockproof, sealing protect, anti-collision, edge protect etc.

 Packing

Usually 20 or 25 meters with clear film and plastic bags, and then with wooden pallet.

We can cut length as each customer's need.

  Mark:

We will stick Mark on each box, if you have special need, pls tell us, and then we can print and stick on each carton or bag.

Payment:

 Usually it is 30% TT for deposit, the balance 70% against BL copy before shipment. After you make 30% payment, we may receive it at our account three or more days later.

   For other payment we also accept PayPal, western union, L/C or Alibaba account etc.

We will let you know via email when your payment has been received and when your item has been picked up by our couriers.

 

Delivery:

Usually it need about 15 days after we get your deposit in our account, for large or complex order, it need a little longer time.

Sample order, we will ship by air, by express delivery such as FedEx, DHL, UPS etc.

  Large order, By sea, if the price item is FOB, please find the courier or forwarder company yourself; If the price item is CIF, CNF we will find and arrange all the delivery before arrive at your port.
