The Expert Demonstration Meeting on the Construction and Operation Implementation Plan of the State Key Laboratory of Superhard Materials Abrasives was held at Sanmao

On March 8, 2016, the Science and Technology Department of Henan Province organized experts to demonstrate the construction and operation implementation plan of the “State Key Laboratory of Superhard Material Abrasives” undertaken by our company. The panel of experts was composed of nine well-known experts led by Professor Liu Bingbing, Director of the State Key Laboratory of Superhard Materials of Jilin University. The meeting was chaired by Director Guo Yichen of the Basic Research Department of the Science and Technology Department of Henan Province. Director of the Department of Basic Research of the Ministry of Science and Technology Zhu Xueyan, Zhengzhou Xie Hui, chief engineer of the Municipal Science and Technology Bureau, attended the meeting. Liu Mingyao, director of the laboratory, Qiu Lihua, general manager of the company, Yan Ning, deputy general manager, Shao Junyong, director of the Science and Technology Development Department, and academic leaders of various research directions attended the demonstration meeting. The expert group listened to the report of the laboratory director Liu Mingyao on the laboratory construction and operation implementation plan, conducted on-site inspection and data review. After the discussion, the team agreed that the “National Key Laboratory of Superhard Materials Abrasives” has obvious advantages. The target is accurate and in line with the country's major needs and industrial development direction. The construction objectives are clear, the plan is reasonable and feasible, and the measures are appropriate. It is agreed to adopt the construction and operation implementation plan of the key laboratory. The expert group put forward guiding opinions and suggestions on the next step of the laboratory construction and research content. Argument The State Key Laboratory of Superhard Materials Abrasives, which was built by our company, was approved by the Ministry of Science and Technology on September 30, 2015. The demonstration of construction and operation implementation plan marked the official entry into the construction operation. In the next five years, the laboratory will focus on the development of “precision, high-speed, high-efficiency, green” technology for super-hard materials, and carry out “new super-hard abrasive design and advanced manufacturing technology and theory” and “super-hard abrasive application”. Technology and theory, "superhard abrasive performance evaluation and standards" and other application basis and common technology research, gather and train outstanding talents, improve the overall technical level of China's superhard material abrasive industry, enhance the industry's original innovation ability and core Competitiveness.
