· The wall base is crisp and powdery;
· There are floating dust, oil stains, and release agents on the surface of the base layer;
· The grassroots moisture content is too high;
· Construction under high humidity conditions;

Approach:
· Reinforce the grassroots;
· Complete removal of debris;
· Works below the prescribed moisture content (10%);
· Avoid construction under high humidity (>85%); avoid low temperature (<+5°C) construction.
