The disassembled bearing of the fly ash dryer can be generally cleaned with kerosene or chemical cleaning agent, or with alkaline water or clean water. After cleaning, the necessary checks should be performed to determine the trade-offs. For those who can repair and reuse, give enough oil and then use oil paper to pack them for use.

After the dryer is cleaned, the vertical dryer bearings should be inspected strictly, such as whether the inner and outer rings, rolling elements and cages are rusted, burred, bumped or cracked; if the bearings are rotated by hand, whether the inner and outer sides are flexible due to relative rotation There is no jamming phenomenon; for the old bearing, the internal and external causes to sway in the axial direction, check the amount of shaking, and initially determine whether it can continue to be used. In addition, according to the technical requirements of the slime dryer, the parts that match the bearing, such as the shaft, the bearing housing and the end cover, the bushing, the sealing ring, etc., are inspected. If there is any failure to meet the drawings and technical requirements, targeted repairs should be carried out.
