This paper mainly describes the construction, installation and commissioning of the Ankerui fire emergency lighting and evacuation indication system. 1. System construction precautions ● The fire emergency lighting and evacuation indication system should be constructed according to the design drawings.

● The system wiring should meet the requirements of the national standard GB50303 "Building Electrical Engineering Construction Quality Acceptance Specification".

● The installation of fire emergency sign lights and fire emergency lights should meet the requirements of the design drawings.

● The installation of centralized power supply for emergency lighting in centralized power supply fire emergency lighting and evacuation indication systems shall comply with the following requirements:

a) Emergency lighting centralized power supply installation site should be free of corrosive gases, steam, flammable materials and dust; batteries should be installed in a well-ventilated place, it is strictly prohibited to be placed in alkaline materials, sealed environment, flammable gas pipelines, warehouses, etc. At the site, the indoor long-term temperature should not exceed 35 °C.

b) The output branch of the centralized power supply for emergency lighting is strictly prohibited from connecting other loads than the fire emergency lighting and evacuation indication system.

c) The same distribution circuit of the centralized power supply for emergency lighting should not supply power to fire emergency luminaries of two or more fire zones at the same time.

● The control circuit of the emergency lighting controller should be piped separately. Cables or wires that are introduced into the emergency lighting controller should be neatly wired to avoid crossover and should be fixed firmly; the cable core and the end of the supplied conductor should be marked with the number and consistent with the drawing.
2. Installation and commissioning ● The commissioning of the fire emergency lighting and evacuation indication system shall be carried out after the completion of the system construction.

● Commissioning must be performed by professional and technical personnel.

● Commissioning of fire emergency sign lights and fire emergency lights

a) Check whether the direction indicated by the arrow on the installation location of the fire emergency sign light and the sign information matches the direction of the evacuation plan.

b) Cut off the distribution electric box of the emergency lighting distribution box or the centralized power supply for emergency lighting in each area one by one, and the fire emergency luminaire that is powered by the distribution box or the distribution electric box should be transferred to the emergency working state within 5s.

c) For the fire emergency lighting and evacuation indication system designed with linkage control function, input the linkage control signal, the fire emergency luminaire in the system should be transferred to the working state corresponding to the linkage control signal within 5s, and the linkage feedback signal should be issued. .

● Commissioning of emergency lighting centralized controller

a) Operation control function, the emergency lighting controller should be able to control any fire emergency luminaire from the main working state to the emergency working state, and should have the corresponding status indication and the time when the fire emergency luminaire is transferred to the emergency state.

b) Disconnect the main power supply of the emergency lighting controller so that the emergency lighting controller is operated by the backup power. The various lighting control functions of the emergency lighting controller should not be affected during the standby operation.

c) Turn off the main program of the emergency lighting controller. The fire emergency lighting in the system should be able to transfer to the emergency working state according to the designed linkage logic.

● System function debugging

a) Simulate the fire linkage control signal, and the relevant fire emergency luminaire should be transferred to the emergency work state.

b) Manually control the fire emergency lighting distribution electric box, and the relevant fire emergency lighting should be transferred to the emergency working state.

c) For systems with selective evacuation routes, simulate fire alarm signals for various scenarios. The system shall control the corresponding fire emergency luminaries according to the predetermined evacuation plan, and the selected evacuation routes shall meet the design requirements.
