Third, the environmental conditions of the production area require

(1) The choice of production base should be away from the â€œthree wastesâ€ pollution area. The environmental conditions such as water, soil and gas should meet the national sanitary standards such as GB5084 and GB9137 to ensure the continuous production of pollution-free vegetable products.

(2) The terrain in the base is flat, the transportation is convenient, the irrigation and drainage is convenient, and the irrigation and drainage channels are divided to avoid string irrigation.

(3) Clean the garden in time after harvest.

Fourth, cultivation technology

(1) Variety Selection

For processing mustard, you can use "Yong'an Xiaoye", "Zhuza No.2" and "Qing Yaozi".

(II) Cultivation method

Seedling transfer, open field cultivation.

(3) Sowing Seedlings

1. Selection of seedbed beds: Select soils with deep soil layers, loose texture, rich organic matter, sunny terrain, and convenient irrigation and drainage. At the same time, keep away from cruciferous vegetable fields as much as possible to reduce the source of virus infection.

2, nutrient soil preparation: per 667 square meters of bed soil evenly spread 100 kg of special compound fertilizer for mustard, then less fine and flat, according to 4-5.5 feet to open the box for sputum.

3, seedbed disinfection: use 8 ~ 10 grams of wettable thiophanate or 40% carbendazim 8 ~ 10 grams, mixed with fine soil 5 kg or 15 kg of water, evenly sprinkled in a 1 square meter seedling bed, bed Soil disinfection.

4, sowing period: my land is generally planted from September 10 to 20, the seeding of early dishes is not good, and easy to appear early bolting, sowing too late, affecting yield.

5. Seeding rate: 250-300 grams of seedlings per 667 square meters of cultivation area.

6. Seeding method: Before planting, the seedbed is poured into the bottom water, and the seeds are evenly spread in the seedbed in the evening on cloudy and sunny days, and then covered with grass ash or grass ash mixed fine sand.
