The relevant issues are hereby notified as follows: 1. Since February 1 , 2011 , 31 administrative and institutional fees related to enterprises have been uniformly cancelled in the country (see the annex for specific projects). 2. After the cancellation of the above-mentioned administrative and institutional fees, the relevant departments and units shall perform the relevant funds required for the administrative management functions in accordance with the law, and shall be guaranteed by the financial budget at the same level. Among them, the relevant expenditures of the financial subsidy institutions shall be arranged through the departmental budget; the relevant expenditures of the self-supporting institutions shall be settled by arranging the project expenditures of their superior administrative departments. The financial departments at all levels shall, in accordance with the above requirements, properly arrange the budgets of relevant departments and units to ensure the normal operation of their relevant management work. 3. The relevant departments and units concerned shall, in accordance with the regulations, go through the formalities for the cancellation of the “charge permit†issued by the competent pricing department that issued the “charge permitâ€, and go through the formalities for the cancellation of the notes to the financial department that originally issued the financial notes. Before the effective date of this notice, the balance of the funded funds shall be paid to the state treasury or the financial account in strict accordance with the original regulations of the financial department. 4. All regions and relevant departments and units shall strictly implement the provisions of this Notice, and shall not delay or refuse to execute the administrative and institutional fees related to the cancellation of the enterprise, and may not continue to charge fees in other names. The financial and price authorities at all levels shall strengthen the supervision and inspection of the implementation of this notice. If the project is not cancelled according to the regulations, it shall be punished according to the provisions and the administrative responsibility of the responsible personnel shall be investigated.
