Pipes & Ducts
Pipes & ducts are manufactured using filament winding process on computer controlled machines. By adjusting the relative speed of mandrel rotation and glass distribution head movement, helical reinforced layers with different angles can be wound. In order to increase the pipe stiffness, especially on large diameter pipes, silica sand can be added to parallel layers of wall.
Nominal diameter
Nominal size of pipe and fitting is based on internal diameter. The range of available sizes is 50 to 4500 mm.
Nominal pressure classes:
Pipes and fittings are classified according to nominal pressure. Standard pressure classes are 2.5,4, 6, 10, 16, 20 and 25 bars. Intermediate or higher-pressure classes are considered on request or depending on the design parameters and conditions
Nominal lengths
Pipes have a length of six meters up to DN150 and 12 meters for bigger diameters.
Fittings
A wide range of fittings as elbows, reducers, tees, caps, flanges etc. is available.
Fittings are manufactured by the hand lay-up, contact molding and spray-up process. In hand lay-up and contact molding processes veil and alternate layers of mat and woven roving saturated with resin are applied on the mold. In spray-up process continuous strand roving is fed through a chopper gun, combined with catalyzed resin, and sprayed onto the mould surface.
Prefabrication spools
Prefabricated spools save installation time as well as costs, freeing the designer from being limited to standard fittings and allowing junction sizes shapes to be specified and manufactured as a better alternative to a complex series of joints.\

FRP quartz sand inclusion winding pipe structure composed of four parts
such as the lining layer, transition layer, structural layer (containing quartz sand layer) and protective layer.
Liner
Also known as anti leakage and corrosion layers. Play a key role in impermeable and anti-corrosion for the pipeline. The inner surface layer is composed of  90% resin, 10% of surface mat. According to the level of the pipe diameter and pressure, the thickness of the lining is 1.5-2.5mm.
transition layer
composed of two layers of chopped strand mat and 75 ± 5% of the resin. role is to prevent the capillary phenomenon.
structural layer
 The layer is a filament-wound layer, which is the key strength of the product. the resin content is 30 ± 5%. in order to increase the stiffness of the pipeline, so join the quartz sand in the layer, the thickness according to case of external force.
protective layer
also known as the outer protective layer. this layer is the outermost layer of the pipe, made of 100% of the resin, and its role is to prevent the pipe buried in the ground from soil erosion in corrosive media. In addition, the layer added plasticizer, anti-aging agent, increase the service life. generally, its thickness is 0.25-0.5mm
