3. When the total length of the finished product of the disposable compensator is inconsistent with the sample, there is no need to stretch or compress it. If there is a change in the installation marking on the telescoping main pipe, it should be adjusted and then installed.
4. Two-way non-thrust compensator must be installed according to the flow direction of the medium indicated in the diagram. Otherwise, when the medium is steam, a plug will be formed in the compensator. In order to ensure that the compensation amount in both directions of the compensator is equal, the bidirectional compensator must be arranged at the middle of two fixed brackets during design.
5. The pipe section welded on both ends of the compensator must be processed with slope buckle. After the welding, the hydrostatic pressure test should be performed according to the requirements (the pressure of the filling bolt should be tightened until there is no leakage when testing pressure).
