From the spot check situation, the quality of furniture products is relatively concentrated, and the unqualified items are mainly excessive formaldehyde emissions.

The first is that the manufacturing enterprises do not understand the limits of harmful substances in the national mandatory standards. They mistakenly believe that the formaldehyde emission of the plates is qualified, and the furniture products are naturally ok. Is different. Secondly, some enterprises do not have the inspection equipment, inspection personnel and raw material purchase inspection and product delivery inspection capabilities, and do not carry out daily inspection. Of course, it is not excluded that individual companies intend to purchase raw materials of poor quality and cheap prices in order to save material costs, resulting in substandard quality of furniture products.
