The first unit of the board of directors of the Alliance is Pangang Group Titanium Industry Co., Ltd., and the Alliance Secretariat is based on the Chemical Industry Productivity Promotion Center. It is reported that the titanium dioxide alliance will hold a signing ceremony for the establishment of the alliance in Yunnan in early May.
