1. Production site
We divide the production area into five functional areas such as office areas, production areas, raw material storage areas, product maintenance areas, and finished product storage areas.
2. Production related facilities
Production facilities include water, electricity, roads and factories.
1) The steel structure can be used in the construction of the production site. The construction safety grade is grade 2 and the fire-resistance grade is 2. The seismic intensity and dominant wind direction are designed according to the relevant specifications and geological hydro-meteorological conditions of the user's country (region), and the lighting and ventilation conditions are good. The lightning protection level is two grades. The lightning protection device adopts a lightning protection tape, and the down conductor and the grounding electrode are connected.
2) The water for living and fire fighting shall be introduced from the tap water network, and the total pipe diameter shall be greater than 63mm, and the water meter shall be set at the same time. The production water comes from rivers or groundwater, and the production and domestic sewage are treated in a centralized manner and enter the sewage pipe network.
3) Hardening treatment of non-building factory site, concrete pouring 150 ~ 200mm.
4) The power supply is divided into external power supply and internal power supply. The total power of the production line is 230KW and the transformer capacity is 300KVA. The power supply adopts ~380/220 three-phase four-wire neutral point direct grounding power supply.
3 Project Investment Progress
1) Preliminary project preparation: site investigation and feasibility report preparation, 5 to 10 days.
2) Complete the process design and technical construction drawing design for 2 to 5 days.
3) Standard equipment orders, 15 to 20 days, non-standard equipment orders, 20 to 25 days.
4) Civil construction and equipment transportation, 20 days to 35 days.
5) Equipment installation (including induction training, equipment commissioning, trial production) 10 to 15 days.
6) Formal production, project acceptance, 1 day.
This silica fume is a sub-micron particle, which when added to Ultra High Performance Concrete (UHPC) increases its degree of compressive strength and durability. This makes UHPC particularly suitable for use in long-span bridges, blast-resistant structures (military engineering, bank vaults, etc.) and thin-walled structures, as well as in highly abrasive and corrosive environments, where it has already been used in real-world applications, such as long-span footbridges, highway and railway bridges, thin-walled silos, nuclear waste tanks, reinforcing plates for anchoring of steel cables, and protective shells of ATMs, to name a few.
