Zeng Yijin, deputy dean of the Petroleum Engineering Technology Research Institute and petroleum engineering expert, pointed out that in recent years, China's oil demand has grown rigidly, and the dependence on foreign oil has approached the warning line, while 40% of the remaining domestic oil and gas resources are in the deep, overseas cooperation zone. Aiming at the technical problems of low cement slurry displacement efficiency in irregular wells in deep wells, the theoretical analysis of the turbulent flow and plug flow of different calipers is proposed. Combined with casing centering, wellbore treatment, flushing fluid and spacer fluid technology, the problem of irregular cementing of the wellbore is solved.

After analyzing the cementing technology at home and abroad, Zeng Yijin pointed out that the series of tail pipe hangers, double-stage cementing devices, casing centralizers, casing clamps and casing outer isolations researched and developed by the Texas Forestry Company of the Academy of Engineering. Accessories such as inner tube cementing device, cement head and floating hoop, floating shoes, etc., basically meet the requirements of on-site cementing technology. The quality and reliability are close to foreign products, and they have basically replaced imported products in China.
