The world’s leading engineering organization, the British Engineering Technology Society (IET), announced that Australian engineer Stuart Wenham has won the IET AF Harvey Engineering Research Award for high-performance, low-cost solar panel innovations, with a bonus of £300,000.
Professor Stuart Wenham from the University of New South Wales led his team to study and found a way to compensate for silicon's deficiencies by controlling hydrogen atoms.
