(8) Avoid prolonged overload operation Overload operation refers to the diesel engine under heavy load, large throttle, low speed operation. Due to increased fuel supply, speed is too low, easy to make bad combustion and prolonged delay, will lead to overheating diesel engine, and a large number of black smoke. Such as a long time overload, easily lead to increased fuel consumption, polluting the environment, and the high temperature oil thinning, deterioration of oil quality, leading to deterioration of lubricity, accelerated wear and tear between moving parts. High temperatures often lead to cylinder liner ablation, pulling cylinder and other accidents. High speed will make piston ring groove oil bonding, piston ring loss of elasticity, "channeling" oil exacerbated, diesel engine power decreased, easy to die stuck, so that the diesel engine power, lower economy. (9) Do not stop before the big "boom" throttle down before the correct method of operation is: no load in low-speed operation, and then stop.
