How to do a good job of energy saving and emission reduction The CCID Industrial Energy Conservation and Environmental Protection Research Institute has proposed five policy recommendations: First, continue to do a good job in the new project. Strengthen energy conservation assessment and review of industrial investment projects, ensure good energy access and total pollutant discharge, and strengthen supervision and management of energy assessment and environmental impact assessment.
