Jiujiang Petrochemical combines water-saving and emission-reduction work with “learning to help” activities, optimize operation methods, strengthen water management, and tap water-saving potential in many aspects. From January to August of this year, when the total crude oil processing volume increased by 285,200 tons, the fresh water consumption was the same as that of the same period of last year, the wastewater reuse amount increased by 669,700 tons year-on-year, and the industrial water reuse rate was 98.23%, an increase of 0.5% year-on-year; The reuse rate of wastewater was increased by 8.3%; the amount of water consumed for processing tons of oil was 0.63 tons, a year-on-year decrease of 0.7 tons.

The plant pays attention to the stability of the circulating water quality, slows down the corrosion and scaling of the circulating water, and controls the concentration of circulating water to be 3.0-4.5, reducing the amount of fresh water in the circulating water system. Through the development of domestic sewage treatment and reuse, the Zhongshui Disinfection System was reconstructed to ensure the improvement of the quality of the reclaimed water, and 260 tons/hour of reclaimed water was reused as fertilizer and supplementary water for the oil-refining and circulating water system. The condensate recovery system was perfected, and the condensate treatment device of the ceramic membrane process was built and put into use. The qualified condensate water was recovered to the maximum extent, and the phenomenon of running, running, dripping, and leaking was eliminated on the installation site. Strengthen water management, formulate scientific and reasonable equipment water quotas, conduct rigorous assessments on 15 workshops and operation departments, award water conservation units and individuals, and deduct awards for units that use excessive water. The project of water-saving and emission-reduction projects was continuously optimized, and the progress and quality of the project were monitored throughout the process, ensuring the timely and efficient implementation of 4.5 million tons/year of domestic sewage treatment and reuse. At the same time, we will strengthen the professional management of water affairs, formulate a professional assessment system for water affairs, refine 28 assessment indicators, and launch water professional competitions to push water conservation and emission reduction to a new level.
