Blum company is located in the Freiberg region of Austria. This is a holiday destination. I am also very honored that our company can take root here and hope that our company will continue to develop here.

Blum was founded by my grandfather Ullens Blum in 1952, and the work between his grandfathers was a blacksmith. The first product he made was horseshoe cleats. That means it can prevent the horseshoe from slipping, as it used to be. At that time, the automobile industry had not yet developed, and Ullens Blum set foot in the furniture hardware industry in 1958. Their first furniture hardware product was a door foot. Their first hinge was developed in 1964, and in 1966 we began to produce roller guides. So far we have insisted on the production of this product series.

At present, we are focusing on the production of three types of products, the first is the hinge series, the second is the flip-up door series, and the third is the drawer guide series. Today we will visit our factory producing flip doors and hinges later.

This is our sales from 2010 to 2011, a total of 1.16 billion euros, or about 9.6 billion in RMB. We also experienced the impact of the financial crisis between 2008 and 2009, and between 2009 and 2010, so you can see the impact of the financial crisis on our sales from the data. The previous year was from July 2010 to June 30, 2011 for our fiscal year. In the last fiscal year, our sales reached 1.16 billion euros. Factory 5 is mainly our stamping and injection molding. We are now in our No. 7 factory, which is our logistics center and production of our flip-up door series products. We have two factories outside Austria. One of them is in the United States and the other is in Brazil. For the American market we have special furniture structures. This means that we must tailor some products for the US market. So in these two factories, we mainly work for the local market.

Our factory is located in a very beautiful environment, so protecting the environment is also our responsibility and obligation. For example, we use environmentally friendly packaging. In addition, we have adopted a heat recovery series and a groundwater cooling system.
