Slush molding is also known as coagulation molding. It is an important method for making hollow soft products (such as toys) from paste plastics. The method is to pour a paste plastic (plastic sol) into a mold (a female mold or a female mold) which is preheated to a certain temperature, and the paste plastic near the inner wall of the mold cavity is gelled by heat, and then the paste is not gelled. Production process
