Test method for pesticide failure

According to the China Pesticide Network, there are four methods for pesticide failure to test the burning method for powder pesticides. First take the right amount of powder pesticide on the metal, then burn on the fire, if there is white smoke, it means no failure.
The watering method is used for powders, wettable powders and emulsion pesticides. For the powder, 50 grams of the drug can be taken, placed in a glass bottle, a certain amount of water is added, and agitated a little. After 30 minutes, if the particles float evenly, there is no precipitation at the bottom of the bottle, indicating that the drug has no failure. The wettable powder tends to become a block during storage, and the agglomerated powder is ground into a powder, and a small amount of water is added to dissolve quickly, indicating that there is no failure. The emulsion can be firstly placed in a glass bottle, and the same water is added. After stirring, it is allowed to stand for 30 minutes. There is no oil on the water surface, and there is no sediment at the bottom of the bottle, indicating that the agent has no failure.
The shock method is used for emulsion pesticides. If a layer of emulsion is layered, it will be effective if it is not layered. If it is layered, it can be oscillated up and down to make it uniform for another 60 minutes. If it is not layered, it can be reused. If layering occurs again, It is invalid.
The dissolution method is used to precipitate emulsion pesticides . First, put the bottle in warm water for 60 minutes. If the drug is dissolved in the bottom of the bottle, it means that the drug can be used. Second, the precipitated filter at the bottom of the bottle is filtered out, and the appropriate amount of water is added to the bowl. If the precipitate dissolves, This pesticide has not failed.

PPE insect screen

PPE insect screens are usually made of high-quality materials such as polyester, fiberglass, and aluminum. These materials are strong, durable, tear and abrasion resistant, making them ideal for continuous use in different environments. The screen is also coated with a special layer to increase its resistance to UV radiation, heat and chemicals, thus prolonging its lifespan. Additionally, PPE insect screens are designed to provide excellent visibility and airflow while protecting workers from insect bites, dust and debris. This makes them indispensable personal protective equipment for industrial workers who may be exposed to insects and other airborne particulate hazards.
