The Chongqing Institute of Green Intelligent Technology of the Chinese Academy of Sciences has announced that it has successfully produced the first 15-inch single-layer graphene in China. Graphene is a monoatomic layer planar film composed of carbon atoms, which can be used as a material for the transparent electrode of the core part of the new touch screen.
