Excluding these factors, in addition to the obvious method, the long side of the board can be aligned, and the width of the single-plate is uniform, so that the guide plate is below the thickness of the sheet. Plates less than one meter in length should not be ground in a continuous mill. Do not pour the conveyor belt to prevent the flap rubber from rolling over the forward sheet. When the individual grinding heads have not been raised, the front end of the sheet may be broken. This is to deal with the inflexibility of the grinding head.
Second, the back end of the board is not polished
The grinding head rises too early, and the full length of the plate is lifted, resulting in insufficient illuminance at the rear end of the plate. This is because the rising signal obtained by the grinding head is too early, and should be adjusted from the CPU parameters of the electrical program to change the air pressure of the grinding head. Get a rising signal to the valve later. If the grinding head does not drop at all, it can be seen from the change of the current, which is to start from solving the inflexibility of the grinding head.
The grinding head rises too late, the entire running abrasive in the back end of the plate is not on the plate, and the grinding head does not rise, which will break the rear end of the abrasive and the plate. Third, irregular plate breakage
If the pressure of the individual grinding head is too large or the inertia is too large, it will easily cause the irregular destruction of the sheet, lower the falling air pressure, and increase the rising air pressure to reduce the damage. When adjusting the air pressure from high to low, first adjust the air pressure level lower and then adjust it to a higher level to reach the required air pressure value. Otherwise, the pressure gauge will not return, the pressure regulating valve will not return, and the air circuit has unloaded. The residual pressure will also cause the grinding head to be inflexible. The presence of foreign matter between the conveyor belt and the sheet is also one of the causes of the irregular fracture of the sheet. The broken sheet and the abrasive should be cleaned from the conveyor belt in time.
In the event of sheet breakage, the cutting head should be closed immediately at both ends or in the middle, and all the grinding heads should be closed in turn according to the position and time of the broken sheets. The grinding head and all subsequent grinding heads are still lowered by the predetermined procedure in the machine, causing further damage to the plates and even the conveyor belt and the grinding head.
The quality of the sheet itself can also cause breakage during buffing, and should be observed and analyzed during actual operation and maintenance.
Fourth, the grinding head is not flexible
1. The CPU parameters are incorrect. The electric signal cannot be sent in time. The grinding head may have incorrect rise and fall. Adjusting the CPU parameters or replacing the CPU can solve this problem.
2 The pressure difference between the descending pressure regulating valve and the rising pressure regulating valve used when the grinding head is lowered will increase the weight of the grinding head. If the pressure difference is too large, the grinding head will fall too fast, smash the sheet or crush the sheet. If the pressure difference is too small, the grinding head may be inflexible, or the grinding may not be sufficient due to insufficient positive pressure. When the grinding head rises, it is necessary to eliminate the grinding head from the child, and the air source pressure is used. If the air source pressure is insufficient, the grinding head cannot be jacked up. Therefore, adequate air supply pressure and flow should be ensured.
3. Electromagnetic air pressure reversing valve leakage will not only lose the pressure of the air source, but also affect the flexibility of the grinding head. It should be repaired and replaced in time. In order to ensure the service life of the electromagnetic air pressure reversing valve, an air filter and a two-connected device should be installed on the air passage, and the sewage should be drained in time.
Five, the grinding head is running abnormally
The current is generally around 8A when the grinding head is driven by the 11 kW motor, and the current is generally around 22A when the load is running. There is too much difference, that is, the running resistance is large. The inflexibility between the bearing, the spline sleeve and the spline shaft is a common cause of the large running resistance of the grinding head. The grinding head should be removed, the pieces should be removed afterwards, the top wire should be withdrawn, the spindle assembly should be taken out from the beam, and then the sliding parts of the splines and the bearings and other parts should be repaired in a targeted manner.
Sixth, the conveyor belt slips and runs off
When the grinding head is working at the same time, the positive pressure of the grinding head on the conveyor belt increases, the belt between the conveyor belt and the drum will slip, and sometimes the conveyor belt will also shake during operation. Adjusting the adjusting screw of the conveyor belt and properly tensioning will make the conveyor belt and The friction between the rollers is increased to improve the running condition of the conveyor belt; if the adjusting screw is unbalanced, the conveyor belt will be deflected, and within the usual limits, the conveyor belt is offset toward the tighter side of the screw. In view of the strength of the conveyor belt, it is not appropriate to adjust the wire frame to pull the belt too tight.
Seven, the maintenance of the belt drive power source

The grinding head with fine abrasives is too little, the pressure is not large, and the processing marks of the coarse abrasives cannot be smoothed, and the polished light plates will have fine and dense scratches. The general rule is that the next grinding will smooth out the last grinding.
Ten, the luminosity of the plate is not enough
Too little polishing head and insufficient pressure can cause the gloss of the light board to be insufficient, the quality of the abrasive is unqualified, and the influence of the cooling water too dirty on the gloss of the light board can not be ignored, and each factor should be treated separately. The walking speed of the conveyor belt, the speed and amplitude of the beam swing, the flow rate of the cooling water, the pressure of each grinding head, the running current, the configuration and quantity of the abrasive, etc. have different effects on the luminosity of the sheet, and the types of the sheet should be produced. Find the most appropriate value.
Eleven, do not plan scratches
Fine abrasives and polishing abrasives are mixed with impurities of the wrong size. The cooling water is too dirty. The gravel and abrasive slag on the conveyor belt are not cleaned, which will cause irregular scratches on the surface.
The cleaning of the conveyor belt, the cooling water cleaning problem for the fine grinding head and the polishing head are obvious. A single grinding head that stops each number of abrasives can find the problematic abrasive number, and the operator can roughly determine the problematic abrasive number based on the width, length, and edge condition of the scratch.
