First, prepare to work 2 sets of air respirator, 2 sets of chemical protective clothing, 2 sets of safety ax, 2 battery safety lights, 2 safety fire ropes.
Second, pre-wear inspection work 1) Check the mask airtight performance, breathing is normal.
2) Check the pressure: Open the cylinder switch, the pressure gauge should indicate between 28~30Mpa (domestic air respirator), indicating that the pressure is normal.
3) Check airtightness: Close the cylinder switch and observe the pressure gauge reading. Usually the pressure drop is less than 2 Mpa within 5 minutes, indicating that the gas supply system is airtight. Specific inspection according to the instructions, such as the Shanghai Yige brand respirator is a pressure drop within 1 minute should not exceed 0.5Mpa.
4) Check the alarm function: Generally, when the pressure drops to 6~4Mpa, the alarm air horn will sound, indicating that the alarm function is in good condition. Inspection method: Take the Shanghai Yige brand as an example, open the cylinder switch, when the pressure expresses the maximum value, close the gas cylinder switch, and then gently rotate the red knob (flooding valve) on the inlet of the gas supply valve. When the pressure drops to 5 ± 0.5 Mpa, the alarm air whistle sounds indicating that the alarm function is intact. At the same time, the siren ventilation line is also purged once.
Third, wear the program (with two people)
1) For those who wear chemical protective clothing, for example, they must wear fireproof trousers and fireproof shoes at the time of firefighting (the supporter should help the wearer to stand firm, and then take the belt from the lower back to the wearer), and then buckle. Good insurance. At this point, the fitter connects the fire rope to the belt and the other end to the column.
2) The fitter holds the respirator's shoulder strap on the back of the wearer (or the wearer's right leg squats, and the left leg bends. First grab the right strap on the right elbow, then hold the right hand on the back of the respirator at the same time. Lift it over the top of the head before loosening it. Turn left at 90° and face the fitter. Use your thumb to hold the semi-circular buckle on both sides of your chest. Pull down firmly on the back strap and fasten the belt.
3) The fitter assists the wearer in wearing the left sleeve of the fire protection suit, placing the pressure gauge outside the clothing and wearing the right sleeve.
4) The fitter hangs the helmet on the neck of the wearer and the wearer immediately wears a breathing mask. At this time, the wearer fastens the fireproof clothing from the bottom up.
5) The fitter shall pass the fire gloves to the wearer according to the order of the right hand and left hand, let them wear it, then cover the wearer with the fireproof hood and buckle it, and immediately hand over the safety axe and the battery safety light to the wearer. The program is complete. Raise your right hand and walk correctly, indicating that the entire operation is complete.
