Beijing to promote the development and utilization of geothermal resources

Beijing Municipal Bureau of Land and Resources actively promoted the development and utilization of geothermal resources. According to the 2010 data analysis report, there are 36 valid licenses for mineral resources exploration in Beijing, of which 16 new ones, valid exploration licenses and newly established pieces, are geothermal resources; 211 valid licenses for mining of major minerals, including new Six are geothermal resources.
