Epoxy grout is used for secondary grouting of high vibration equipment such as compressors, pumps, punching machines, pulverizers, and ball mills.
Epoxy grout is used for grouting in the base area of ​​equipment susceptible to chemical attack.

Third, surface pretreatment:
The surface of the concrete exposed to the epoxy grout must be removed from the surface layer and a solid base layer exposed to ensure that the grout surface is clean, dry and free of grease. The outer edge of the concrete joint surface is ground with a 25mm thick chamfered edge to increase the area of ​​the grout and the base bonding area; the metal surface to be bonded should also be free of rust (to meet the SSPC-SP6 finish requirements).
Fourth, mold:
The template shall be firm and firmly lapped, and the inside shall be coated with grease, wax or a PVC limb to facilitate demolding; to facilitate dumping and installation of the grouting funnel, a distance of at least 100 mm is left between the grouting side formwork and the equipment base, and is higher than The bottom plate of the device is 100mm or more. A 25mm thick 45 degree beveled wood line is placed on the inner side of the grout to avoid stress concentration at the edge of the cast unit.
Fifth, the construction temperature:
The ambient temperature during the construction of the epoxy grout includes the concrete foundation and the air temperature. In order to obtain the best working condition, it is best to place the material in the environment of 15-25 °C for 24 hours before grouting; the ambient temperature is controlled at 5-32 °C during construction and the next 24 hours, 20 °C is most suitable. Summer construction should avoid high temperature at noon, and if necessary, awning should be built; when the temperature is low in winter, a warm shed should be built in the grouting area to ensure that the construction environment temperature is greater than 5 °C, and the construction should be noon.
Sixth, mixing:
1. Mix A (resin) and B (hardener) in a hand blender (200-250 rpm) for about 3 minutes;
2. Add C (filler) to the low-speed high-power mixer (15-20 rpm) to mix with the A and B mixtures. Stir well until the aggregate is completely infiltrated. It takes about 5-10 minutes. When the temperature is low, To ensure the flowability of the mixture, the amount of C (filler) can be appropriately reduced (up to 10 kg of filler).
Seven, grouting method:
The grouting of epoxy grout should be poured from one side to the other; during the grouting process, it can be squeezed but not shaken to avoid trapped air. When the grouting distance is greater than 1.5m, the high grouting funnel method should be used to utilize the gravity differential pressure. The principle assists in grouting. Grouting must be completed as quickly as possible. The thickness of single grouting layer is controlled between 25mm and 35mm; the grouting depth of single bolt hole is less than 1500mm; when the grouting volume exceeds 1.8m×1.8m×150mm, the foam board should be used to deposit the expansion joint on the base surface, and the final setting of grouting After that, the surface portion is removed, and the epoxy expansion joint is used to seal the permanent expansion joint.
Eight, check the compact:
After the grouting is finished, tap the equipment substrate with a hammer: if it is humming, it indicates that the grouting layer is dense, and if it is humming, it indicates that the grouting layer is empty.
Nine, surface light collection and demoulding:
After grouting and before the initial setting of the epoxy grout, in order to achieve the aesthetic effect, the exposed surface can be lightened with a gray knife; after the final setting, the mold can be removed. The grouting tool can be washed with water or solvent after the construction is completed.
