"High-efficiency indexable superhard tool for titanium alloy and high-temperature alloy processing" project passed the acceptance test

In late August 2014, in accordance with the work schedule of the 04 special office, a special project acceptance meeting for 04 was held in Xi'an, Kunming and Wuxi. The main results of the project: the development of two types of cemented carbide tool base materials; the development of cemented carbide multi-solid solution strengthening coating process; the introduction of 30 kinds of high-efficiency indexable tools for titanium alloys, high-temperature alloy processing; developed tools The application demonstration in Xi'an Aerospace Power Company has achieved results. At the demonstration site, delegates saw the use of turning tools and milling cutters developed by the subject to process titanium alloy and high-temperature alloy parts. According to the user's response, the effect is good.

The promotion of this achievement has the practical significance of replacing tool imports and reducing tool costs.
