The Central Meteorological Observatory continued to issue high temperature blue warnings at 6 o'clock on July 6th:
It is estimated that during the daytime, the southwestern part of Jianghuai, the south of the Yangtze River, the central and western part of Hubei, the southern part of the Sichuan Basin, and the Turpan Basin of Xinjiang have high temperature above 35 °C, including southern Jiangsu, central and eastern Hunan, central Jiangxi, and most of Zhejiang. The highest temperature in some areas of central and northwestern Fujian and southeastern Sichuan can reach 37-38 °C. 
Defense Guide:
1. Try to avoid outdoor activities during the high temperature period in the afternoon, provide guidance on heatstroke prevention for old, weak, sick and young people, and take necessary protective measures;
2. The relevant departments should take precautions to prevent fires caused by excessively high power consumption and heavy load on power equipment such as wires and transformers;
3. Operators under outdoor or high temperature conditions shall take necessary protective measures;
4, pay attention to work and rest time, to ensure sleep, if necessary, prepare some commonly used heatstroke prevention and cooling drugs;
5. The media should strengthen the publicity of heatstroke prevention and cooling health knowledge, and all relevant departments implement measures to prevent heatstroke and cool down.
