7) After the foamed cement insulation board is glued to the wall, apply 2 meters to the flattening operation to ensure the flatness and the sticking is firm. The board and the board should be tightly packed, and there should be no seams. , stuffed in with an adhesive and smoothed. Each time a board is stuck, the special adhesive on the extruded surface should be removed.

8) The foamed cement board should be pasted horizontally from bottom to top in the horizontal direction. Each row of boards should be staggered 1/2 long, and the minimum minimum gap should not be less than 100.

2. Mounting fixtures:

1) The fixture is installed 8 hours after the insulation board is pasted and completed within 24 hours. Drill holes with impact drills according to the position required by the design. The hole diameter is 10. The depth of the wall into the base wall is about 60, and the depth of the anchors anchored into the base wall is about 50 to ensure firmness and reliability.

2) Set the number of fixtures to one per board.

3. Polishing:

1) The unevenness of the joint of the insulation board shall be sanded with coarse sandpaper, and the movement shall be a gentle circular motion. Do not grind in the direction parallel to the seam of the board.

2) Clean the floating ash with a brush in time after grinding.

4, as a decorative line angle:

1) According to the design requirements, use the ink line to pop up the position where the line angle needs to be made, and correct the horizontal and vertical directions.

2), the groove angle uses a slotting device to cut the plate into a notch, the thinnest portion of the notch is not less than 15.

3), the convex line angle should be cut according to the design size, the line angle and the corresponding insulation board on both sides of the brush interface agent, and then coated with special adhesive to make it adhere firmly.

5. Wipe the bottom polymer mortar:

1) The configuration of the polymer mortar is the same as the special binder.

6, press into the grid cloth:

1) The mesh cloth should be cut according to the length and width requirements of the working surface, and the overlap width should be left. The cutting of the mesh cloth should be performed in the latitude and longitude.

2) Grid around the hole of the door and window, and the four corners should be reinforced with a layer of mesh cloth. The whole mesh cloth should be overturned around the hole and attached to the mesh cloth.

3) Apply polymer mortar to the front and side of the extruded board at the opening of the hole and the mesh cloth (only the polymer mortar at the end of the extruded board is allowed). The pre-extrusion mesh is flipped along the thickness and pressed into the polymer mortar.

4) Stretch the whole mesh cloth horizontally and horizontally. Pay attention to the inner side of the mesh cloth facing the inside. Use a trowel to smooth the mesh cloth from the middle to the bottom and make it close. The width of the mesh cloth in the horizontal direction is not less than 100, and the length of the vertical joint is not less than 80. The vacant portion of the bottom mortar is supplemented with polymer mortar at the joint, and the mesh cloth shall not be wrinkled, hollowed or warped.

5) At the corner of the concave and convex line, a narrow mesh cloth should be buried in the bottom polymer mortar, and the whole mesh should be laid on the narrow mesh cloth with a lap width of 80.

6) In the yin and yang corners of the wall, the two-way corners of the mesh cloth are overlapped with each other, and the overlapping width of each side is not less than 200.

7. Surface layer polymer mortar:

After the underlying polymer mortar is wiped and pressed into the mesh cloth, when the mortar is solidified until the surface is not sticky, the surface layer polymer mortar is started, and the thickness of the surface is covered to cover the mesh cloth.
