At the same time, the factory was punished.

In addition, the furniture factory operated by Hu, located at No. 6 Youtan Industrial Avenue, Youtan Village, Xingtan Town, also has the incomplete documents such as “Business License”, “Organization Code Certificate” and “Environmental Impact Report Approval Certificate for Construction Projects”. At the site, the factory is still carrying out illegal production. At the scene, law enforcement officers posted seals on the electrical boxes, switches, production equipment control panels, etc. of the plant, and took photos on the spot to prevent the possibility of factory resumption of sewage discharge.

Huang Jiaci, deputy mayor of Xingtan Town and director of Xingtan Huancheng City Management Bureau, believes that the “New Environmental Protection Law”, which is highly concerned by the society, has been officially implemented, further clarifying the government’s responsibility for supervision and management of environmental protection, strengthening the responsibility for corporate pollution prevention, and increasing It has imposed legal sanctions on environmental violations, and has also made systematic regulations on the disclosure of environmental information and public participation by the government and enterprises, and supervision of environmental protection.

The new "Environmental Protection Law", known as "the most stringent environmental law in history", was officially implemented on January 1, 2015. Article 25 clearly stipulates that enterprises, institutions and other production and operation operators violate pollutants in accordance with laws and regulations.
