Concerns and Suggestions
First, the transportation, power, communications and health departments need to strengthen the prevention of adverse effects of low temperature rain and snow. During rain and snow, the visibility is low, the road is slippery, and some areas will be frozen. Relevant departments need to strengthen traffic safety management, timely clear snow and ice accretion on highways, airports, bridges, etc. The power and communication departments also need to strengthen.
