S136 die steel is a plastic die steel, annealed, ≤ 235HB, the original pre-hard, HRC33 ~ 38. S136 steel is recommended for all molds due to its excellent toughness, corrosion resistance, excellent polishing properties, and clean and fine steel structure.
S136 is generally suitable for large-size high-precision mirror polishing of plastic molding molds and production of optical products, such as: cameras, sunglasses lenses, syringes, analytical bottles, food industry machinery components.
