4. Place the test toe cap on the chassis of the impact tester and secure it with a special holding device;

5. After the sample is installed, open the safety hook;

6. Adjust the stroke switch of the tester so that the impact head of the safety shoe impact tester slowly rises to the required test height;

7. Press the test button so that the impact head falls freely on the steel head shoe;

8. Press the DOWN button to lower the lifting plate until it reaches the impact head.

9. Take out the test clay in the steel head shoes and measure its height. This value is the small gap at the time of impact.
